Educated as an architect, former President and Co-owner of Panurgy Corporation, immersed in high technology & professional marketing, Curtis blends these into an unbeatable combination for his customers.

Curtis is a sought after speaker at seminars geared towards first time home buyers in Chittenden and FranklinCounty. Although naturally analytical in nature, Curtis’s background as a professional corporate educator honed his interpersonal skills and those who attend his seminars often comment on his dynamic speaking style along with his ability to create a fun and easy going atmosphere.
Curtis is active in the real estate community and in 2008 was appointed to and serves on the Government Affairs Board for the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors (NVBR).For 2009, Curtis accepted an appointment to the Board of Directors for the Vermont Real Estate Information Network (VREIN), the organization that owns and maintains the local MLS system.
Active in the Vermont Homebuilders Association and recently appointed to the Ambassador Committee; Curtis frequently offers seminars targeted to builders and investors such as 1031 tax deferment and tenant landlord law & practices. Curtis is involved in BNI (Business Networking International, Inc.) and has served in the capacity of President, Vice President, Educational Coordinator and currently Visitor Host.
Beginning his real estate career at Chenette Real Estate in 2005, Curtis successfully earned his Brokers license in 2007. Curtis is currently the co-owner and Broker of Attacca Realty which he formed with his wife and business partner, Barb on January 1, 2008.

During her first year as a Realtor, Barb earned the designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative; less than 3% of agents nationwide hold this distinction. The education and training provides Barb with the tools and expertise to assist Buyers in a rapidly changing market. Barb is a frequent teacher at first time home buyer seminars in Chittenden and FranklinCounty.
For the past 5 years, Barb has served on the Professional Standards Board and in 2009 was appointed Chair of the Board.In this capacity, she and other agents form a panel to hear and make decisions on disputes between members of the public and agents and disputes concerning disagreements of compensation between agencies.
Barb is an active member of BNI (Business Networking International, Inc) and has held many leadership positions during the past 4 years. She is currently the President of the Waterfront Networking Professionals BNI Chapter.
Barb’s past community participation includes serving on the Christian Ministries Inc. Board of Directors as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary on the Board of Governors for the Ethan Allen Club as well as volunteering at EssexAllianceChurch.
Beginning her career in 2003 at ReMax North Professionals, Barb moved to Chenette Real Estate in 2005. It was at Chenette Real Estate that she partnered with her husband Curtis to form "The Trousdale" team. On January 1, 2008 Barb and Curtis launched their own agency, Attacca Realty.

Chris graduated from UVM with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. Through his education, he gained a surplus of knowledge in various environmental areas providing him a strong connection with current trends and society as a whole.While Chris was attending the University of Vermont, he worked at Fletcher Allen Health Care and gained invaluable personal relation skills which shine into his real estate practice.
For the past two years, Chris has been hands on in the building inspection field testing building components at the University of Vermont for hazardous materials.
