We’re pleased to welcome Theresa Ferrara to the Attacca Realty team. She is the consummate professional who brings to our clientele a wealth and breadth of customer service experience as well as strong negotiating skills.
Theresa brings over 20 year of experience as benefits and compensation Human Resource professional. She stresses that her successes have been from advocating for her colleagues which she considers her individual “clients”.
A 30+ year resident of Vermont, Theresa is thrilled to be given the chance to combine a long-held interest in the real estate industry with her passion to help people. She’s delighted that she’ll get to use her passions in assisting Sellers and Buyers make decisions that best suit their individual needs. Theresa’s strong analytical background and superior technology skills will help her clients stay ahead of the curve.
Theresa has recently been appointed to the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors Education Committee. Here she will play a vital role in overseeing, providing and reviewing the educational needs of local Realtors.
A proud mother of three children, Theresa recently added the role of grandmother to her long list of life experiences, a role she cherishes and which helps keep her young at heart!
